5 of us went to dinner,4 adults,and a 2 yo. It took over 1 hour 45 minuets for dinner. Hot plates, almost warm food. My soup was thin and burnt looking,my Shrimp Scampi had 7 shrimps and less then 1/3 a plate of pasta, very little taste. Since it took so long to get our food I didn't bother to send it back. It wasn't bad,but it sure was not good. Too bad. We used to love eating there. And this was our kids birthday dinner....

We came here tonight for dinner to celebrate my birthday. Treshawn was our waiter. I must say that he was excellent! Very courteous, attentive, personable, and funny. This man deserves a raise. He is the definition of an amazing waiter. If there is a recognition program for excellence, he is very deserving. Food was good also!

Came here on a Friday night with 2 kids and wife which I should have known wasn't the best. We waited about 30 minutes which wasn't bad but then when we came in restaurant there were tons of empty seats which leads me to believe they didn't have enough servers on a Friday night...well they had 10 people to seat you I guess that was ok. Anyways our server was great. She understood with 2 kids that waiting was bad. We waited over 1 hr to get food all the while my kids filled up on lemon aide. The server told us that the kitchen was backed up that she was sorry which again leads me to believe that first servers were coming in later than needed be then a dinner rush and you didn't have enough cooks. Once we got our food the noodles were hard and the steaks weren't cooked like we wanted them. The kids who were hungry and angry didn't eat their dinner because they filled up on lemon aide. My wife's steak was bloody...not medium rare like asked for...barely cooked. This is the worst food we ever had at olive garden. Good server but food sucked bad.

Waiter said "Welcome to All of Garden" not only that he took a sip of our water and said "Bone apple teeth" and slammed the water on the table which caused the glass to break. My girlfriend and I were very upset after the incident. The guy came back and when he served the food. The food was AWESOME! After, we walked out of the place a little unhappy. When we were about to get in our 2007 Honda Civic the guy came out and gave us $100 in cash and paid for our meal. He told us "we are very sorry". Afterall my girlfriend and I had a great laugh. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

My hubby and I was the first ones in for lunch. Was greeted by friendly staff. There was a weird filth smell that didn’t go away. I noticed right away that our waitress was sick. She sounded nasally and sniffled. I felt obligated to stick it out because she was pregnant. I didn’t want to get her in trouble for anything. Other than her being sick, she was great. Food was good. Only complaint being the person who brought our food out (not our waitress) stuck her finger inside my plate when sitting it down on the table. This restaurant lacks cleanliness and sanitation standards.
