Very weird vib. Seated for 10 minutes and still no one came to table . 2 servers standing at a register looked at us as they walked by. Called out to them and they said they would tell a server. When a server came he said he was called in from another store. He was excellent but long wait for food. Steaks order medium were cooked well. Food was cold. Took forever to get bill. No apology or offer of price reduction. There for 2 hours. Doubtful we will return. 0 stars. Won't let me post without a star

This Chili's never disappoints! Service is always great and pretty quick too! Food is great most of the time, depending on what you get. Chili's is also cheap for what they offer and the menu is huge!

Went on a Friday night around 730. They were pretty busy and we waited 15 minutes. We did the 2 for 35 which is a great deal. We got the guacamole, burger, chicken fajitas, and chocolate molten cake. Everything was good except the burger which came out so burnt I don't think a dog would've eaten it. Our server Jess quickly agreed the burger was well over done and she took the plate away and got us margarita chicken instead which was great. I was pleased with the visit overall.

I've been coming here on a regular basis for 11 years. I don't stop in as often as I used to because I've noticed a decline in the quality of the food. I'm promoted to review the place today in hopes that JT, the manager, sees this. In 11 years, I've probably ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad 100 times. Today it was so bad, I couldn't finish it. Shake this place up, JT. Or move on and let a new manager shake it up.

Food is great...I had the fajitas steak was very good. Prices are ok for the area..sometimes the kitchen gets backed up but on the weekends....
