Last weekend I went to this Chili’s with some of the cast and crew of my High School’s Fall show. We all sat at our table for at least an hour BEFORE they even took our order. We arrived around 9:45 and I was the last to get my food at 11:48 after I had to order it twice because they forgot it. My friend and I both ordered refills for our Shirley Temples and we never got it, instead they brought out Strawberry Lemonade. When we said that that was not what we had ordered one of the waitresses insisted that we were lying. Adding onto the fact that my food came so late I did not even get what I had ordered! I ordered a burger with lettuce and tomato. I received a burger with cheese...nothing else. This happened twice in one night! The first time I was given this cheeseburger and I politely said that was not what I had ordered. Someone else at my table had, so that was an honest mistake. I then waited for my correct order to come, which it never did. I then had to ask if my food was almost done and I was informed that no one was making it. The waitress apologized and then came back maybe 15 minutes later with a burger. With only cheese. I was just shocked. By then it was almost midnight so I just ate it and wanted to pay. I left the restaurant at 12:38am without the food I wanted or that refill.

it was just ok this evening. Been before and have had an amazing experience. However, this evening was 'blah'. Even the waitress stated she wanted to scream because no one was doing their jobs correctly. Right down to a gross sticky table after the girl just washed it off to having to flag the waitress down to place our dinner order. Not the best night I've had at this location. Just a blah experience today.

Great food. Comfortable atmosphere dining on the bar side. Lots of great summer deals well priced and variety. Waitress was extremely attentive, patient and friendly. As always, a nice , romantic dinner and quality time with my husband, Tim Dowdle. We love it here for many many reasons. Great menu, and great staffing! Bravo and highly recommend!!

Was okay.. Chick fajitas are very good and you get plenty. Side of black beans tasty but rice is bland. Chick crispers we had to send back, chicken was rubbery and undercooked, popped when bitten. Manager said that its the breading and they get lots of complaints, waitress said same. Returned breaded with new breading and were good. So why still serve the bad one with so many complaints, think about it. Staff was very helpful and food came fast.
