Waitress was really amazing. Went there never having their blooming onion; ordered that for an appetizer for two. Service was quick and friendly. Would recommend 10 out of 10 and plan to go again.

It seems like Outback Steakhouse has been going down hill every time we have been recently. Tonight we had no bread plates for our bread, my husband's medium prime rib was medium rare. I had a seafood combo of a lobster tail, crab cakes, and rather than grilled shrimp on a skewer I switched it out for coconut shrimp. I also had loaded mashed potatoes. My lobster tail was fair although I had to cut it with a steak knife, the crab cakes had no taste whatsoever. The coconut shrimp was good. The loaded mashed potatoes were nothing more than mashed potatoes with a spoon of sour cream in the middle, bacon sprinkled on, and a few pieces of cheese sprinkled on. The waitress didn't come back to check on the status of our meal, refill drinks, ask if we wanted dessert. Sorry Outback you really aren't good anymore. $62 for an unfinished meal is too much money!

Would leave a zero if possible.... arranged for early seating online an hour in advance ( I do understand there are no reservation's) arrived ten minutes early to be told there would be a 35 minute wait, explained to the waitress that I had made online seating arrangements. Was informed that it would only be a ten to fifteen minute wait with the online seating the would text me table was ready. No problem....I'm currently sitting at Olive garden waiting for my text.....it's only been an hour..... Horiable customer service

Brought a race team in for dinner, party of 14. We were seated promptly and had great service and a great time, even though we thought it was too busy for our large party. They can handle it!!

Food was great! Staff was great! The wait was horrible! No complaint waiting for a table, but it took forever to get our drinks, and food, once they were ordered.
