BEWARE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A VET THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT ANIMALS. CHIMNEY ROCK ONLY CARES ABOUT PROFIT. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FUR BABIES. I have been going to chimney rock for close to 10 years. I have never asked them to make an exception on treatment or cost of services. ALWAYS paid in full at time of service. The new vets refused to help 3 of my suffering animals 2 if which were dying because my sister in law wrote a bad review of them on Google. Her ordeal with them had nothing to do with me. The vet even called me trying to get me to yell her to take off review or he wouldn't treat my animals. I told him vets are a dime a dozen and if your reputatioon means more than the suffering of animals you are greedy, unethical, and in the wrong line of work.

I've only been here once so far but Dr. Ratliff was awesome and caring with my puppy and explained everything to me! I will definitely be using this vet here in Abilene!

New owners are horrible all about the money. Won't get into details but wouldn't advise taking your pets there. They give false results charge crazy amounts and hold you hostage if you owe them even if you try to pay it's all or nothing.

I am very fortunate to live so close to an awesome vet. Being new to Abilene 2 years ago, I did a lot of checking out vets...how wonderful to have found such great care for my furry family right in my own neighborhood.

They don't even deserve one star, They murdered a snake tat would have left them alone if they just walked away but no they ad to kill it. I would NEVER take my reptiles ter who knows what they would do to my snakes.
