The food is gross and not fresh at all. I just had a lunch of chicken and broccoli and could hardly eat it. The chicken was tough to chew, broccoli was yellowish and even the fortune cookie was old. I would not eat here again
We loved loved loved this place. It was the best Chinese food in Carrollwood. So sad to see it is permanently closed now.
LOVE THIS RESTAURANT!!!!! Simply the BEST!!!!! Take-out only no sit down which is no problem!!! We have been ordering here for MANY YEARS 20? and just love it!!!! The portions are big! The food is made fresh to order and DELICIOUS!!! Always consistently tasty! Perfect every time!! The owners are so nice and such hard workers!
Highly disappointed. 2/23/22 - I had gone to purchase the usual order for my family expecting the same quality of food. I am always very respectful when going there. I had even given a tip. I asked my wife, how was the food, she explained to me that the food was prepared as if someone didn’t care. I.e.; Large Shrimp Fried Rice, small Egg Drop Soup, 2 Shrimp Egg Rolls The food for my son was not good as well I.e.; Chicken wings, Chicken Fried Rice The wings and rice looked as if they were re-cooked. Old food I recommend that people start reevaluating how much they go to fast food restaurants. The food is never consistently prepared. I guess this was a sign that we should no longer go to this establishment. I didn’t think that I had to actually check my food prior to leaving this establishment but I suggest that you do if you go here. They smiled in my face, took my money, and gave me bad food. My fault. You’ll never get my money again.
My family has been ordering from this restaurant for most of my life. This is the best New York-Style Chinese takeout you will find in Tampa. Consistently delicious food, we refuse to go anywhere else!

Best inexpensive chinese-american fare in the local area
Small place owned by a family. My husband and I visit here often and have never been let down, we really like their lunch specials and I love their crab Rangoon. Their kitchen definitely needs a good cleaning though. It’s not dirty, just well loved.
Absolutely love the food! Its great! But probably shouldn't have a 9 year old run the store...EVERY SINGLE TIME this poor little girl messes my order up..I correct her because I know to check my food before I leave and she doesn't know what to do...an adult needs to step in when there is a customer complaint, but they don't! They let a 9 year old handle it and this poor girl has no idea what to do other then to blame you for messing up..so because of this you will be losing a customer... I am tired of paying for food and not recieving it or better yet just getting something completely different than what I ordered...such a shame because I absolutely loved your food
The food was very good. Quite surprised actually. The owner greeted me nd came and checked on me while dining. Oh, wen they asked me how spicey I wanted my meal [per my meal request] and I said, I'm Jamaican so surprise me of a sort Boy was o surprised. Cleared my sinus. Good meal
