This is utterly disrespectful. I am leaving my job on a break time so I can get some lunch and I arrive to this location only to find out that they’re closed for lunch? I’ve worked in the restaurant field and this is unprofessional, this calls for lack of management and staff members. There’s no reason why this place should be closing while they’re supposed to be open and producing. Nonetheless as a fast food market. I sat in my car and waited until 1PM and I saw an employee who kept walking in and out to check on the front door. There was approximately more than 5 people who attempted to go in after I do so myself. I’m so disappointed, I lost my break time and I never got the chance to grab food after waiting and wasting my time at this location.
Ordered my chicken with broccoli and my meal came in with 3 little pieces of chicken paid 9.00 for a bowl of rice! Can’t keep customer if you only serve rice! Add more meat to the orders. Dietary restrictions: Add more protein to the orders.
I always come here on my lunch break and my experiences are always 10/10! The food is delicious and a great portion and they are always quick even during busy lunch times. The staff is friendly and the general manager is always helpful for answering any questions. Thanks for being my favorite go to lunch spot!
Panda Express is better. Lack of flavor, undercooked veggies, large chunks of fat in our lettuce wrap chicken, our dish was overloaded with onion to the point where you couldn’t even taste the sauce, chicken was mostly breading. This location is absolutely horrible. Panda Express and any shopping mall Chinese restaurant have higher quality than this location.
I just ordered a to go plate and it's my first time eating at this place. The food was dry, no sauce whats so ever on the chicken and the rice was over cooked. I cook rice everyday and it's sad to say this place can't even cook simple white rice. Get better cooks.Food: 1/5
Ordered won-ton soup, it was salty, diluted and very bland. Tasted like dish water. The chicken lo mein and the orange chicken were also very bland. Doubt sesame oil was used at all and could not taste any flavors that would signify it was an Asian cuisine food. The only reason a 2 star was given is that the egg roll was spot on. The meal was overpriced based on serving size and quality. Very disappointed.
Ordered two meals. One only had half a serving one. To top that off they forgot our side. It looks like they threw my meal together without regard. Not my first time being disappointed eating or in this case not eating from there. Truly unhappy.
Panda Express ain’t got N O T H I N G on Pei Wei! Orange chicken and fried rice is THE BEST. Adding chili sauce to it really elevates the flavor as one of the employees recommended it to me and I’ll never not add it. Walking into this Pei Wei the employees greet you with the highest customer service- that is better than Chickfila or Publix and that says a lot. If I could eat at this pei wei for breakfast lunch and dinner I would.
Wanted to eat in the dining room and the place smelled like propane so decided to just get food to go. Waited 30 minutes still no food. Finally my husband said forget it we wanted a refund. The cashier got mad thru the food at my husband but took out the crab Rangoon. Won’t be going back to Pei Wei.
Very disappointed tonight. I order 4 spring rolls they were literally still frozen on the inside. I ordered a kids meal and ginger chicken and broccoli I paid extras for e tea broccoli & maybe got about 6/7 pieces of baby broccoli. I spent $28. Even worse when I got home to eat 10 mins away the store was already closed.
