Bad service. Sitting here and the old plates have been at the table for 15 minutes from our appetizer. My wife and I are currently eating our main right now. Crab Ragu was very oily and dripped oil on to the plate as they were opened. I'm currently eating bamboo and black mushroom beef with under cooked vegetable and soggy limp beef. And my wife has barely eaten here. Stating that it tastes bad and rubbery. Also, when mentioned to the waitress about the poorly presented fried rice. She assumed we wanted different fried rice. It wasn't  that. It was just bad rice, poorly presented.

Good food, but very slow on take out. Major attitude from young lady at register. When question why so slow, all I got in reply was a smart a** reply.  Her parents should teach here about customer service and manners. My last visit.

The food here is just downright disgraceful and the only reason why people eat here is because it's the only Chinese restaurant that delivers to your house. If the other place delivers, I can bet that this place would close in a heartbeat.

I used to order here a lot. Never really had an issue. I sent my husband to pick up an order for me the other day, and when he got to the counter there was a younger lady that was on the phone taking an order. No big deal. She pointed to his receipt and told him he owed her 30 something. He said “oh ok I’m sorry I thought she already paid.” This lady.....shushed my husband loudly and told him “be quite I’m on the phone!” I couldn’t believe it. She started the conversation with him! And to shush a customer! We will never come back or order from this place again.

I have always liked china garden but this will be last time patronize their business..... If you know this place, the food is good but the service and delivery times are among the WORST in the industry. Tonight I placed an order at 5:32 (she corrected me when I said I placed it at 5:30) and was told my food would be delivered in 45-55 minutes.... it was not. I called to see where my order was at 6:48 and was told they needed another 20-30 minutes. So I asked the young girl on the phone to speak to the manager, instead she offered me 10% off my next order. I explained to her that a 2 hour delivery time was not going to earn them a next order and again asked her to speak with a manager. She claimed she was the manager, so I asked to speak to the owner, she claimed she was the owner and that I could wait on the order or cancel it. I was appalled at her level of disrespect when there’s only so many people in the small of Jefferson that is your customer base, you should really try harder then a snotty little teenager attitude when YOU screwed up. So I hung up out of frustration. 

I called back at 7:36, because we still had no food, only to be told that she canceled my order. I asked if she thought that was the professional thing to do and at the very least not give us a call stating she was canceling the order so my family would not be sitting here hungry still waiting on food that wasn’t coming. Her response “I don’t have to call. I cancel your order. That’s your problem.” ...... so I said I would be up there the following day to speak to her boss and hung up. I thought it was over, but she proceeded to call me back 3 times asking me what I needed to talk about and to say it in the phone. Well, sounds to me like someone afraid of losing their job and wanting to stop me from coming and talking to the REAL owner. I’m done with this place.
