I'm not from here and I think it's a nice place a good food plus the prices are reasonable

This was my go to place for Chinese food after my favorite place "Canton" chinese restaurant in Fort Atkinson closed. Until I called on Tuesday night and was rudely told that "they were busy and call back later".  I said that I didn't mind waiting and would like to place my order. It was repeated that they were too busy and I was then hung up on. I understand that there are sometimes barriers between cultures, but I find that how I was treated was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never be a returning customer and suggest that others refuse to accept this kind of customer service as well.
