Unfortunately the little ones like to come here. The only good thing about this place is the fountain soda. Just had another equally terrible experience a moment ago. My daughter asked for picante sauce because they didn't give any on the first request when the order was placed. The girl behind the counter grabbed four of them and literally threw them past my daughter's outstretched hand that was waiting for her to hand them to her, and across the counter in several different directions. This place is an absolute travesty when it comes to fast food. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE FOOD QUALITY AND OVERALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME.  Don't want your time bringing it up to management they only get mad and reciprocate the problem back and blame you as the customer, in some pathetic attempt to scapegoat the blame.

Order has been wrong the three separate times I have been here. First occasion the steak bagel was literally raw. Pink and fleshy in the middle, they got my daughter's breakfast order wrong on this same trip and after specifically requesting picante sauce after they asked if we would like it they forgot. Second trip was absolutely not better. Same stuff different time. Today's trip marks number 3. They were not at all busy and very well staffed. We ordered at the counter. Both of my daughter's orders were wrong, the French fries were cold, soggy, and down right gross. After waiting several minutes at a less than busy counter with no concern from the employees, I had to interrupt someone from having conversations with the other employees who seemed to be doing less than a lot and request our order be fixed. At this time the individual behind the counter became irritated and rolled her eyes at me, as if it was a problem to fix their own mistake. Now I am very understanding that this is fast food, however when our order was $20, we could have easily went to the actual restaurant next door for only a few dollars more and had excellent service, hot food, and been treated right. I honestly wouldn't come back here if my kids didn't request it.

Food was ok. Hardly any fried onions on sandwich that shows themail spilling off in the picture. Wife tried to get a lid for a soda but there weren't any, she asked for help only to be told where they should have been but weren't. Another employee  got one for a friend of theirs but not other customers. This is our future I guess.

Staff are completely rude and don't put any effort in their work. Managers are even worse.

They had the police ticket a bunch of cars they believed weren't eating at their restaurant. I was in fact eating in McDonald's in the play area. I got a ticket. Then when I complained the next day, the manager said I was at the bar and not at McDonald's. Then just walked away. Unbelievable. So it's fifteen dollar parking if you want to eat in. Plus they shorted my order.
