I'm giving 2 stars for the nice lady answering the phone, but 0 stars for everything else,  I ordered my food at 7:50pm (well past the "rush hour").  I was told 45 minutes to 1 hour.  Okay, a bit long but it IS Friday night, so that's fine.  1 1/2 hours go by and I call and they tell me they are just now starting my order and they had 20 tickets in front of me.  Seriously?  You are just now starting my order after 90 minutes?  I know this because I heard the manager screaming at the kitchen staff.  It was all in Chinese, except the name of my hotel; that's how I knew it was my order.  Called back 30 minutes later, more screaming and the promise that it was already on the way.  That was 30 minutes ago.  Still no food.  Now we are well past the 2-1/2 hour mark. . . and my bedtime.  I'd love to comment and rate them on their actual food, but i still don't have it.  Avoid this place if you are hungry and on any sort of schedule.  Tomorrow I'll try "Kitchen No. 1", which is the only other Chinese menu this hotel has at the front desk.

I love the food and the service.
The space is quaint and nothing extravagantly fancy but that's not why I go there.  I go for the food and excellent service!!!

Good food, very kind people. Definitely my new carryout spot. The prices are good. Deliver later then other spots in the area.

Noodle was the best! They serve buffet lunch with few varities of foods but whatever they have are very tasty.

Found a hair on my chicken wing which destroyed the experience because the chicken was actually good. Disappointed because I get better, sanity chicken in the hood and this upper Marlboro.
