Today I ordered a sandwich online to pick up at the Water Street location in Upper Marlboro.  When I arrived back at work after picking up my sandwich, there was a long piece of hair about 6 inches long in/on the sandwich.  I immediately called and told them what happened.  They told me to bring it back and they would make me another sandwich.  Of course, I don't want another sandwich.  I asked that they credit my account or give me a cash refund.  I was told that since I ordered it online I had to call (online) to get my refund.  Unacceptable!!

They make good sandwiches. Reasonable prices. It Subway so I'm not sure what else to review?

It's okay not the cleanse one I been in but food was fresh. Little small and always crowded they were next to the courthouse. So if you want something quick this is the place. They speak English in there so the chance with your order getting messed up is minimized

Good place to eat, fresh food never had any problems. Employees work very hard. Good service.

Great SUBS. You can choose ingredients and sauces and they even give the option to grill the cheese on the sub . Cookies are great too!
