My visit to this clean restaurant was GREAT. The staff was very helpful and friendly and my food choices were yummy. Keep up the great job.

First visit, found a screw in my popcorn chicken. Next visit (forgiveness is essential to humanity), half my order was not included in the bag, and the fountain drinks all tasted like seltzer.

On December 22,2017 at 6:15 PM my family and I were looking forward to having KFC for dinner. That did not happen. The lack of service, attitude of the employee coupled with the fact that we were told that they were out of gravy for potatoes and Cole slaw. The attitude and tone of the employee made us feel very unwelcome, there was absolutely no attempt to explain the outage or advise of when these items would be available. The employee would not make eye contact and quite frankly was extremely rude. Based on this we will never enter this particular facility ever again.

The lady at the counter had a really nasty attitude like she did not wanted to be there, not towars me but to the people before me waiting to get the order taken..I just think if you work in a place where you have to deal with customers all day,one should have an smile all day even if you don't want to be there..
