I haven't I admit, when my car started acting up, I was definitely stressed, the idea of dealing with having to be without a car and still get around was worrisome, but I knew I had to take it in before it became dangerous, and I am so thankful that I did. JJ and the rest of the service team definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and taken care of throughout the entire process. I will definitely be returning for future services and will recommend this dealership if you're looking for your next ride!

Adam in service is a true professional.  He knows the customer. He knows the product.  Most importantly, he understands the business.  Adam is the only person I deal with when bringing my car in for repairs.  I'm sure everyone else is good too, but Adam makes the world go round at Chino Hill Ford.

Had vehicle air-bag warranty work performed. My maintenance writer J.J. made sure the work was completed on time and correctly. Omar the courtesy drive was excellent in his approach to driving safety and route efficiency. I rate both as top performers at CHF.

My experience was down right horrible! I spoke with the internet sales person Alan for a couple of days prior to purchasing, as well as fill out the online pre-qualification forms! So imagine my surprise when a few days after getting my new mustang, I get a call saying there was a problem with the loan, and the APR is going from 6.9 to 13-15 and monthly payments go from $450 to $603!!!! What a joke! I have never been treated so unfairly! I called Raceway Ford, and without jumping through any hoops, are giving me the exact same car and down payment for $513?? So tonight I took the mustang back to Chino Hills! I absolutely refuse to be treated like that! RACEWAY FORD, I WILL SEE YOU WEDNESDAY!!! THANK YOU FOR PUTTING THE CUSTOMER BACK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SAVING THIS FOR ME!!! Take notes Chino Hills Ford! It's called integrity!!!!

I took my car to Chino Hills because I had a message on my dash about battery low check soon.  When my car was taken into service area they read that the full message was battery key is low check soon.  This meant my remote needed a battery. I was charged $37. because my car was taken into the service area. If they would have read the message prior to taking it to the service area I would have only been charged for the purchase of the battery.
