I luv, luv, luv the chino hills goodwill! I can always find what I'm looking for and the staff is very helpful and personable.

I USED to shop here and donate here all the time, but I won't now. I just cleaned a bunch of stuff out of my garage and went to donate it and they said because I it's dusty and there is dirt on it it's not sellable. They no longer repair or clean items. I thought that was the whole point of goodwill. To train people for jobs and teach them how to be vital to society. Not anymore I guess. I guess profit is the only thing worthwile to them now. Very disappointed in a company that's supposed to help the less fortunate. I will never go back to goodwill again.

Great to donate your junk and get receipt for tax deduction. Shop: takes time sifting through junk, but you can find a bargain. Donations reflect surrounding communities, so each store can vary in quality of items.
