Great customer service provided by ADAM. He takes the initiative to help without having to wait. A Tire patch and pressure check took minutes to get done.

I experienced the same thing as I'm reading in these other reviews... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The guy at the front counter could really care less about how he treats customers. Not welcoming or helpful at all. He didn't want to help me because they already had more than a 4 hour wait and treated me as if he just wanted me to leave rather than appropriately answering my questions about leaving my car there or making an appointment for another day. I once trusted this company and purchased warranty of my tires... now I see that I only wasted my money and time!

Helpful people. Very accommodating. The wait can be long if they are busy but they try to keep things moving.
