I just had the best experience today! I believe her name was ceda? I'm not sure. I ask her her name twice and still couldn't remember it. But I'm in my truck enjoying my Chipotle and wishing for more employees like her! Food 9/10. Customer service 10/10

I usually have great experiences at Chipotles around the United States, but the customer service level at this one is beyond terrible. The guy serving me would say this or that and wouldn't allow me to get more than one type of each item in my bowl. Later at the checkout line, he kept insisting to the cashier that I got guac when I got corn and lettuce but no guac. He was trying to overcharge me for absolutely no reason, and I'm glad the cashier at least till it gracefully.

The staff were friendly and there was nothing wrong with our order, but its overpriced, the chips are stale, and they dont have as many options as similar restraunts. I would have just rather gone to the taco bell 20 feet away but i had never had chipoltle before.

I've been eating at Chipotle for multiple years now, but recently a GM by the name of walter was extremely rude to me and my family. He made gestures and called us insulting names. His face had a look of pure disgust on it. He was yelling at employees so loud the dining room heard it. Wont be eating here ever again, aslong as he is there. The managers in darien always take care of me and everyone else, they give coupons and are generally very nice. But this guy was a rude embarrassment to the establishment he even denied someone extra cilantro because it was to much of a bother

I love Chipotle. That day I was working at WWE in Stamford . This site was closest to me. It is on 95 in service area. Food was like every other Chipotle . Serving is not consistent across different store. some serves good while other have small portion.
