On October 7, 2017, at about 8 p.m., we stopped at the service plaza on the northbound side of I95 in Darien, CT, after traveling 10 hours from North Carolina to grab a bite to eat. We were greeted by a charming, smiling African/American young man who took our order. There were four of us ordering so additional workers came out to help, including a trainee. What a great experience! All of them took pride in their work, which is very unusual in this day and age. We had friendly chit-chat back and forth, discussed how people need to be more friendly, how some people have no manners, etc. My sandwich looked like a TV ad, perfect in every way - I am not used to having my sandwich look like that when I have visited other Subway locations. Visiting with these people restored my faith that there are still good, hard working, friendly and courteous people in this world - regardless of race/color/religion etc. What a great team, keep up the good work. Thank you GB. Best sandwich ever. You rock. You handled that huge line all by yourself and kept smiling!! Your manager should give you a raise.

Even when it was busy they went through the line quick and this was around lunch time. At first I though the guy was rude but actually they just have to work fast and get people on their way so there not coming off as rude just working.
