Fuji of Japan was founded on the tradition of the “true” Japanese hibachi steakhouse, a concept that introduced America to the cooking art form known as teppanyaki. In Japanese, teppan means an “iron plate” and yaki, “stir-fried food.” The teppanyaki and hibachi styles come together to create a mouth-watering form of cuisine that tastes incredible and is fun to watch. Our sushi menu features quality fresh caught fish transformed into works of art by our expert sushi chef.
