Sub par staffing. Don't let the skinny girls make your salad. 
Today she scraped the bottom of the lettuce tray and barely filled my bowl. When I asked for fresh salad she said "oh, it's fresh". I meant MORE salad...like a fresh container of salad.
Unreasonably small portions and the staff looks like they are extras in a zombie flick...half dead.
The only reason why I keep coming back is because it's the only Chipotle between work and home.

come  here weekly - service is always excellent, staff professional and what we get is always consistently good.  Manager MALCOLM GOLDSBERRY store 2335 is the most focused employee I have ever seen, nonstop working and the results are perfect - the chicken is the best grilled chicken I have ever eaten.  It is almost embarrassing  to go once a week  - but I am guaranteed an excellent meal which every bite will be eaten

I go to chipotle pretty often and this particular location consistently overcook the meat and gives abnormally smaller portions than other locations. They always have new workers who don't know what they are doing. UPDATE: today their beans were raw?

I come here pretty often for lunch since I work in the area. Very inconsistent quality of food and service. Burnt, blackened, fajitas veggies are probably the most consistent thing here. Servers often rush through the preparing of your order, even when there's no one else in line.

Had a really bad experience here a month ago.  The girl who was helping me was straight up mean and condescending.  I asked for a pinch more meat because she clearly skimped and she gave me this look and let out a huge sigh and from then on it just got worse and worse until I finally checked out.  I called to complain later and guess who answers, this same girl with terrible attitude.  She says there is no way to file a formal complaint and to tell her my complaint because there is no manager, "everyone is a manager" she says. Zero checks and balances or accountability for poor employee behavior and no way to provide feedback.  Never again.
