i used to come here a lot as a middle school kid. i was at linwood plaza every day and the owner used to be really nice. he lived near my best friend and we think he’s the owner. i at least know that he’s family. after moving and only coming back after college to get a taste of childhood, the staff seem familiar but the attitude has changed drastically. i don’t even see the guy i used to see all the time. i feel like most family owned or private businesses nowadays are being pushed out because of development and maybe they’re just on edge so we once in a while i come back and the pizza is great. if it’s not, i think back to how angry they all sound when you’re simply making an order over the phone and they get flustered over the smallest things. i’ve never met people who get so mad when you try to ask a simple question.

Food in general is overpriced, pizza sucks, service is highly questionable, and the place is dirty.

Just ordered my usual blackened chicken salad which is usually delicious but today bread is still and old, chicken is hard like rock. 
Last week went to pick up some beef patties and was given 2 burnt ones. Told the gentleman to remove the burnt ones and give me the good ones he got really upset and hit the pan hard on the counter. Seems like no management. 

Yes, food is usually great but customer service is always TERRIBLE!
