The chicken bowl I got here was hands down the best chipotle meal I’ve ever had. And I’ve had many meals at Chipotle’s.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! I ordered online for a sports team so it was a large $300 + order (30 burritos). I ordered at 6pm  and made the pickup 9pm. When we went to pick it up, they said they never had received the order. After a very rude conversation with a women there who was completely condescending, I spoke to a man who eventually did find my reservation, and even though it was COMPLETELY their fault, never once apologized or tried to make the situation better. I was the one who had to tell him that they will make the burritos right there and then. They finally did and an hour later we received our food, and they even forgot two orders. Again, never go to this location!

Do you mind your food being tossed at you and inconsistent portion sizes. Some days good, some days blah. No eye contact and servers are almost too into their conversations to hear your requests.

Its ok it's just that some of the younger staff has poor attitudes and makes a faithful patron not patronize them anymore.

Generous portions. Almost never a long line. Friendly too. I should know because I've been here dozens of times. If you are a one time customer then you can't judge.
