Late delivered! Pizzas cold! Didn't received my two liter Pepsi I ordered!
Driver was rude bringing my Pepsi they forgotten! Pizza was due at 12:30.came at 1:30 and no Pepsi! Drive complained they had five other delivery to make and going out of their way to bring my Pepsi would make the other delivery late!well I love papa johns that's why I ordered from them! I mean I don't mind paying for what I like! But when I spent 50$ for lunch and its not right they should do something to make it up to me for their mistake! My pizza was hour late and they only five blocks away from me! Cold pizza and no drink and rude driver is why I here complained! I not done the office didn't want to hear my complaint and hung up phone on me! I contact the corporate headquarters now to see what they think about the bad experience I had today! I think they should refund my money just for the agrevation alone! Totally wasted my money and didn't enjoy my meal it really upsetting!😣

Stay away from this place.
Ordered pizza online.  It was raining so I understand some delay.  But tracking online kept saying pizza should be delivered in 35 min although never got it pizza even after 2 hours.  I called the store 4 times and first 3 times they kept saying delivery is on way and delayed due to weather.
1.5 hours after ordering pizza, the delivery guy called to tell me that he just picked up pizzas in the store and leaving the store and will be here in 10 min.  It took him 30 min and repeated phone calls to direct him how to get here.  I live off of Connecticut Avenue.

They’re bad they are not good and they don’t have any customer service and they took a long time to take orders so we are not happy to go poppa John

I agree with all coments about this nasty place, all of them are rude started with the manager, dirty place deliver lady with nasty mouth without a good vocabulary. Just I wish to know who's is the correct person for put a complain.. Please stay away from there..
