Do not order double meat from this place to go - it’s a waste of money you’ll be lucky to get one serving. Disappointed chipotle DO BETTER
This store/restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly. We had pre-ordered 3 bowls, I got there a little before the suggested time so still had to wait. The staff came out and made sure I had an order placed and they let me know it was just about ready. The food was fresh and had good flavor and I find the portions big enough to turn a bowl into 2 servings. Kid-friendliness: Saw multiple families with small children and strollers, this told me that this Chipotle at least was good and welcoming to families.
If i could give this location zero stars i would. This place is being ran by lazy teenagers, specially the two tall thin guys in the front and the cashier who's always more worried about her makeup than giving a good customer service. These kids don't give a f about their job, besides making the ridiculously smallest burritos, these kids would be leaning on the bar talking to each other instead cleaning the mess they have and refilling ingredients containers which makes this place looking gross and sloppy. The bar and kitchen floor were disgusting, full of trash and tickets, when i suggested the cashier to give the bar a wipe of a swipe to the floor , she just said "we're very short staffed" with a nasty attitude, I'm sorry girl but the restaurant was almost empty at the time and how exactly is being short staffed an excuse to be disgusting?? I just wonder.. where's their manager?? He/she probably don't give a f either. This place is gross, don't waste your time or money please.
Went here a couple days ago for Chipotle bowls, the food was cold, including the meat. The quantity and quality of the food was subpar compared to previous Chipotle experiences. Unsure if it's the economy that's causing the serving size to get smaller. That being said, the meat had nothing covering it on a cold winter day and was served at well below safe food serving temperatures. Both the carnitas and chicken were lukewarm. Won't be returning.
So update: after a few good orderings, todays experience was an EPIC fail. I have attached a picture but this place is so incredibly inconsistent it’s almost funny. I am not going back after this. I put in a mobile order and once I got home with my food I go in for the first couple bites and it just tastes pretty watery. I move around some items and it’s literally soup in a bowl. They made no effort to strain any of the items. When I ask for the manager the guy just tells me he will remake it. No offer for a drink, a side, nothing for the waste of my time. Well, I’ll be sure not to waste it anymore in the future. Went in behind a baseball team around 8:40 tonight, by the time it got to my turn it was 9. I went down the line picking my items until we got to the salsa. They were out of two, then the cheese… no cheese. That was it for me, I walked out. Disappointed I wasn’t told they were out of things and weren’t going to restock them until I was at those items in line. I’ll be back but I don’t plan on going within the last two hours of operation anymore.
Not worth it. The menu states three sides with the quesadillas and show avocado like one of those. When we called they blamed us. Tricky advertisement. My first and last order from Chipotle.
Well, I was denied a children's ship that I usually get and I was a regular customer and that does not matter to them. They would rather have their rules and Swindle the customer. Do not go here! They're a bunch of greedy shysters and on a power trip! Dietary restrictions: Nothing
Worst Chipotle I've ever visited. I have tried their food on a couple of occasions hoping it would be better but nope! The online orders are never correct. The Gaucolemole is huge chunks of avacado no jalepeno or onion.Food: 2/5
The food and service at this Chipotle's is good. I ordered a bowl and the food was fresh and hot. The decor is simple and there is a lot of natural light coming in. There is a lot of space for small or large groups and this one also offers outdoor seating. The parking lot is small so it could be hard to find parking during lunch and dinner rush times. Overall a good addition to Las Cruces.
Boy have they gone down hill. They have a bunch of kids working there. They got in an argument while taking my order then they had no guacamole and wouldn't take cash only cards and they don't give a receipt . The person taking the order wasn't listening to anything that my husband said. Wouldn't recommend them for anything.
