Good food, Relatively high-priced, but HORRIBLE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is the ONE thing that should be easy to get right, especially now, during a pandemic. Save yourself some frustration, save your money, efforts, time & the fuss. Customers are NOT their priority. Period. Front line gets order wrong. The manager & general manager aren’t able to right a wrong order. So, trust me when I say, just skip this location entirely. Save your time, your gas, your money, & don’t even bother. It’s not worth the disappointment. BOTTOM LINE: This is both what you lost & the review that you gained. Lost: a customer who was willing to spend $60/week on lunch at your company. Id have accepted any version of, “Things happen & how can we make this right.” It’s not that hard to get quality customer service “right.” CHIPOLTE: PLEASE properly train your staff, especially “MANAGEMENT” in customer service.
A year ago, I posted about this location and how great it was. A year later, brown lettuce at 715pm with no fresh lettuce for the rest of the night. Terrible customer service from the young lady with the nose ring and green hair because I asked politely were the chips fresh. Sarcastic response and eye rolling like I was inconveniencing her. Service has drastically changed for the worst.
Placed a pickup order of 4 bowls with large chips and guac. Paid $62 for everything, the food was prepared on time when we arrived and the worker handed us the bag and told us everything's in there. Shame on us for not checking. There was an entire bowl missing that we had to come back for. We had to wait in store while they made it for us, got home to find they didn't even make it as we ordered, it was missing sour cream. No biggie, however the guac during this experience was horrible. It looked old, and had near frozen solid, giant chunks and pieces of avocado as well as stems inside of it. The guac did not taste good either like it usually does, and their chips had no flavor at all. This location needs to close honestly, it has progressively gotten worse and worse over the years.
The food was decent for fast food. I liked that I could have a "bread free" meal and have lots of vegetables in a flavorful dish. I always have the burrito bowl with no rice. I love the spicy salsa too. You can double the meat for extra protein and there is a plant based option I haven't tried. You can order and pay ahead, pay online and then grab your bag from the shelf near the cashier. Very convenient and fast!
This location is extremely unreliable. “ temporary closed” as they please. There’s people inside eating but yet they’re closed. You can order to pick up but you can’t go inside and eat. Doesn’t make sense when there’s already people in there eating. I’ve come to this location more times than I can keep track of with a closed sign during business hours. Go elsewhere. This location needs alot of work.
Love chipotle. Went to this location at 5pm nowhere near closing time. They were out of burrito bowls, out of white rice, out of pinto beans. RUDE service, and the place was gross. There was food allllll over the counters, I didn't order, too disgusting.....
I brought a chicken bowl on Xmas eve, omg the worst ever, the rice was half cooked, brown rice was hard smh, if you all didn't want to cook n work Xmas eve you never should of came to work, smh never again! I had 3 tacos as well something, which I had to remove the rice off, I am so disappointed!Food: 1/5
Visited this location a little before closing, and normally, experiences with chipotle before they close are horrible. But not this location. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the store was clean of course, they still had food and were not stingy with the portions. It's hard to locate the store at night if you do not know exactly where it is, it's in the same building as mattress firm. ADA accessible. Food was delicious and I was given a very generous portion. Will return to this location.
Have been fairly disappointed with this location lately. Seems like due to poor management recently that their food quality is not consistent with other Chipotles. Ordered a quesadilla and it had next to no cheese on it; was basically bland chicken wrapped in a tortilla. Also had two different burrito bowls missing ingredients, chicken in each one was not fresh. This is the most recent, but definitely not my only bad experience with their food lately.
This Chipotle really is horrible. A bunch of teens with attitudes. The worst I've been to. My rice didn't seemed to fully cooked. I have a lot of semi hard and hard pieces of rice. Also customer service sucks. No one said hello smiled or anything. I felt like I was bothering them rather than being treated like a customer. I've been to many different Chipotles and trust me this one hands down is really poorly managed. Beverage station was filthy Along with the ice dispenser leaking water. Tables weren't wiped down. Overall pretty disappointing again this place is poorly managed. Iam assuming he or she is a teen like the rest of the workers who could care less if you come back or not. Well don't worry I won't be coming back here.
