Asanti was shift manager, she was so helpful and patient as we tried using the kiosk and we messed up and she literally just stepped right up to help us out. We received the type of service that was outstanding, haven't had such a nice friendly service like that in awhile at a fast food establishment. We dined in and everything tasted fresh and the milkshake was perfect. It definitely hit the spot. Thanks again for the great friendly service.
The staff are nice, professional, and helpful. I really like the fact that we take our orders. The food was appealing, flavorful, and enjoyable. The only down side was the tables because they didn't clean them. I defiantly understand that when it's busy there's not a lot of time to do that, but it would be more appealing to eat on a clean table.
The restaurant was clean and service was timely, considering we had a all group of 5. Our orders were correctly done and we had no complaints. Their shakes are delicious as well as their burgers. The menu is very limited, but for those who don't care for a lot of variety, this is the place for you. Steakburgers is what they do.
Got 2 milkshakes and 2 double cheese burgers. The burgers were made all types of wrong, they messed it up. No pickle, no mayo, no ketchup. Only old rotten lettuce and onions. The burgers were made so thin that it would take 3 of them to make a real patty on a McDonald's burger. They hide the lack of quality with excessive salt. The milkshake was very good though. We won't be back. Not worth it with all the other choices out there. Manager was nice but food was a serious let down.
Opened my to go bag & saw this, then realized I didn't get my drink from my combo meal & was told "its self service but we outta cups". Absolutely useless staff...
Place was gross. They told us to wait in front of the restaurant for our order. It never came, an employee walking in told us our order would be right out but they never brought it out. I went in angry after I got tired of waiting. The same employee that told us our order was coming acted like she didn’t just saw us waiting and pretended like she didn’t know what was up. They tried to give me a refund but they refunded the wrong card. They also tried to give me free food for to make up for it , but I could not eat it after what I saw while I waited there. The girl cooking the burgers had slippers on with no socks, barefoot cooking food!. She proceeded to put more burgers the grill with a meat fork the same fork she was using to tap the screen to see the order then back to touching the burgers with it. I can guarantee the tv screen never gets cleans as I could see the layer of grease on it. Never going back there again.
Food was good, but no real service to speak of. You order at a kiosk, then go pick up your food when it is done. I had to ask multiple times for some things. But at least the food was very good.Food: 5/5
The last time I eat there was before covid. You order at a kiosk now. NO waiters or waiterss. Just the cooks in the back. They call out your # when the food is done. So weird. The menu was very limited. I could not find the mushroom Swiss burger which I loved in the past. Still had milk shakes in many favors. Not sure if or when I will be back.
DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY, RUDE EMPLOYEE, and BLAND FOOD We were supposed to go to the hamada of japan but they were at full capacity and it was my sisters birthday. We ended up here and I put on a good face but this place is disgusting. -Dirt is caked on the floors, and trash on the floor -Bathroom was nasty -We asked if someone could wipe down our table, which was met with disdainful words. An employee said ,” Ugh! Why do people keep showing up,” when she thought she was in the clear and proudly told her coworker she herself was not going to wipe it down. Again I had to ask if someone would wipe it down and a young male kindly did so. We should have left but my mother already paid, it was really late, and I wanted my sister to at least have dinner with us on her birthday. -The food was bland and so was our shakes. Not mention we found cloth material in my sisters fries. This place is an utter disgrace compared to my regular steak n shake. -We will never come back and we will be calling the health department
I went through the drive through to order my families food, 5 meals with milkshakes. I get to the window as the order taker is going over the order I hear a shake is missing. She adds the order. A girl who is in the back making shakes yells at the girl in the window to not add shakes at the window and starts to curse as she sounds agitated. I’m wondering if my order is wrong, how is she not going to add a shake at the window. There’s no one behind me, no rush or anything. I’m looking through the glass where the employees have on filthy smocks which isn’t appealing. I callback to ask for a manager to share my frustration and it sounds like one of the highschool students trying to be a manager and said his name was Jacobi. I got home to my order being ALL WRONG. When I called back it was another “manager”. Seems like they left young adults to run an establishment.
