I ordered the veggie sandwich, and it was great, until I realized there was a hair in my food. I immediately trashed the remainder of the sandwich. GROSS. Please wear a hair net. And no, the hair isn’t mine, as I have very curly hair, and the hair in my food was straight zoom in on either photo to see.
They prepare your sandwich very fast and the Black and Bleu beef sandwich is very tasty. Even though it’s a limited special, I will be getting it every time I go until it’s gone. All employees are very nice and provide exceptional service each time. It’s isn’t too overly priced and is the perfect stop for me on the way home from the CFX right across the street or from Moraine Valley. Stop in, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
They are consistent at this location and friendly. The only problem is they are really not freaky fast with deliveries. The last 3 times I have ordered from there it took about an hour to get a sandwich. When you order on the app it doesn’t give you an ETA but it is really disappointing mainly because I order from there at times when I am on a short time frame.
Normally have had no issues but most recent order was a disappointment. Got the club Lulu that’s supposed to have extra meat. It was maybe 2 slices of turkey and one and a half of bacon. I asked for reg cucumber and they were maybe 3 slices.
Would not honor my Jimmy John's gift card. Francesco, who said he was the owner, stated card could not be read. Left this location and went to different Jimmy Johns. Card worked perfectly.
Great customer service today. Thank you for taking care of me and my mom. Our turkey sandwiches were great!
Tried this location for the first time and it was great. Unfortunately someone cut me off to get inside. While waiting for the person to order one of the employees asked me what I will order. The sandwich was freshly made while I still waited for said person to take his order. Bread was nice and soft. All ingredients tasted fresh. Everyone was very kind. My sandwich was done before I even paid. Definitely will come back again!
The last two times I have ordered from this location, it has taken about 40 minutes for delivery. I work 1.9 miles away from this location, it is not like its drastic. I feel a phone call would have been nice to let me know it was delayed or they were short on drivers or so on. I would also like to add that I paid an extra $2 for bacon, and there is NO BACON!! I will not be ordering again.
Other Jimmy Johns have done it, but they refuse to give you oil and vinegar on the side here. Either you have it on the sandwich or not at all... Then they forgot my pickle.
Not very customer oriented. Didn't ask us if we were eating in or taking out, what type of bread, what size sandwich or even put it in a bag. It was another employee who asked if I wanted a bag for the order. This is the second Jimmy John's in this area of Chicago that was like this. Had similar experience 2 years ago when visiting the area. Won't go back to this sandwich shop.
