I got the bowl and the rice was hard and the guac they gave me looked like refried beans not fresh at all. I took off the guac just to eat hard rice not coming here again. Place was well staffed so it wasn’t that they were short staffed. I had ordered online and got there at the right time.

I’m so disappointed for what I paid for $34! My food was completely cold!!!!! Garlic steak taste like a rubber band!!! None of the cheese wasn’t melted on any of the food!!! Disgusting!!!!

We have visited this store for the third and last time. Again they were out of peppers and onions, you have to pay with exchange only.   Lastly the restaurant was filthy, the glass between the customers and the employees was really dirty and the trash can were all overflowing.  The enjoy your food but not at this store.  Denise

First time I tried this place! Items are missing, food was not handled in its best, and were charged for items that we didn't get. Call the customer helpline to let them know what was missing and they claim to send an email to reimburse the food and now I got to call him back cuz I've never received it! Not planning on going back to visit them it was expensive for the amount of food you got. $10 for three sloppy tacos, and a burrito bowl that tasted like the cardboard it was packed in.  Kid-friendliness: Nothing there for the kids.  Parking: Small parking lot

I started going here because it was near my house. First few times I went everything was good. The last at least 5 times I’ve gone there is either no green salsa or fajitas or their system is down or some of their food is ran out. I love chipotle and to me it’s ridiculous that something is wrong almost every time I go in

Food was cold, cheese wasn’t melted at all. Very disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I visited this location on Tuesday afternoon. Once my order was complete I gave the cashier my money. The cashier stated we do not have any coins. I then replied, wht does tht mean? You can not give my change. He stated, yes,thts correct. How dare they just assume they can keep my change! He then went to the back and said the manager digging change out of jars. At this point, I asked for my money back. Only then, the manager came to the front with a HANDFUL of coins! He gave my money back! No I'm sorry. No nothing! This was my favorite restaurant and location!  I will tell all my family and friends to boycott this restaurant.

Don’t even bother ordering online and picking up in the store unless you aren’t very hungry. Portions are a joke when you do mobile order. But hey, don’t bother trying to use a gift card in store because “the system JUST went down today”….no i’ve been unable to use my giftcards in store since at least September. And they don’t have any signage up stating that they cannot accept giftcards at this time, instead they actually have the opposite…stating gift cards, credit or debit are only accepted at this time.  This location has gone downhill VERY fast. I left and took my business to Qdoba down the road.

Why is this place so poorly run?? Slowest paced chipotle around. There should be more than 1 person making bowls when there is a line of 15+ Customers, especially when there are 7 employees in the back.

Terrible, terrible terrible! I ordered doordash. Wrong decision! They put so much cheese on top it looks like noodles. The burrito bowl looks nothing like it’s advertised. I asked that the sour cream be put on the side so they I could heat it up while at work. I even called them before hand to make sure & they still didn’t. I will never order from this restaurant again. I will be calling corporate about this manner. People pay hard earned money for their food. This is not what I expected when I ordered my food. Disgusting, terrible & sloppy. Do not!! Order from this chipotle. Go elsewhere with your money.
