I asked for some sour cream. thet asked if I would pull up cuz I had to wait for my order. so I did when the guy came out with my food I checked my bag and to my surprise no sour cream that I asked for just 45sec. ago I don't know if the girl at the register didn't think I was going to check or come back through but surprise I did and I said I just now asked you for sour cream and here I get my bag no sour cream...I get home the two large chocolate frosties are half full and not even cold..... Not happy .
Love it.. but their fries were warm at best. Did see a sign suggesting if the fries weren't hot they will make a hot batch of fries. I did want to hold up the line nor did I want to wait a long period of time. Good customer service.
Literally the worst. We went into the drive through and were told to come in to order because they were doing shift change. So we did. Then we waited 30 minutes while everyone in the drive through got served. So why were we told to come in if the drive through was going to get served first??? So after waiting 30 minutes my husband stood at the counter for another 10 minutes asking for a refund so that we could leave only to be blatantly ignored. Employees literally looked directly at him and did not respond to him at all. Not even to assure us that someone would take care of it momentarily. They might as well just shut this location down. They clearly don't have the staff to run it properly. If I had time to wait 45+ minutes for food I wouldn't be going to a "fast food" joint.
This specific Wendy's is always fresh and accurate, and one of the very few fast food restaurants from which I'll order bacon on a sandwich. I put it at 4 stars for this particular visit because they were rushing and really undercooked our fries. They were busy, I get it, and I still like this location.
There’s always an issue with this location. Total was $11.94 and I gave $22. My change that was given was $8.04. Got an Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich. Received with no mozzarella or marinara. So just a plain chicken sandwich that I paid $2 more for.
I was unhappy with my visit. I went through the drive through and ordered a Dave's single with extra onions. It came with a medium drink and medium fries. Well no extra onions, no straw and no napkins, the bill was over $10 dollars. The burger had a bland taste to it. The young girl at the window was rude, no smile or nice greeting. I will not be going back their any time soon.
The manager at this location is kind and has great customer service. I completely forgot her name but she was working the drive through and I haven't seen custom service like that in decades. She has a great attitude and amazing customer service. Keep up the great work!!!Food: 5/5
Took 30 minutes to get our food, and when we actually got it the burgers were cold. Our drinks were all carbon, not flavored at all, and our fries weren't full. I really had a taste for Wendy's, to go from that to literally throwing the whole meal in the trash was disheartening. Especially for my boys, who love Wendy's and whose idea it was to go there. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
They are usually out of a lot of products. But I just want to say how awesome it is that they show up. After all the mean comments and hateful things that are said to them they still show up. They do their best with what they are given and they are proud of their location. I love this Wendy’s… they genuinely care about their part.
As a whole this is the busiest Wendy's for a 25 mile radius being in the shopping hub for all of suburban Wayne county and some of Monroe. With that being said they barely ever have enough employees to operate let alone handle the rushes I see them get hit with. Yet somehow I have never once seen a sour face on the staff and I've never gotten a messed up order. Just today I placed an order for curbside because I didn't want to be in a restaurant that families enter feeling not 100%. After about ten minutes I figured I'd walk in to get the order seeing only two cars were there and it was the only two employees and one manager. After profusely apologizing which they didn't need to in this instance they gave me a piping hot order and had extra nuggs. Who's gonna be mad about extra nuggs?? Nobody that's who these managers and crew do the best with what theyre given and one of the only Wendy's I'll even deal with give them a raise they work their off in there and I work a factory job saying this
