They absolutely refuse to properly make a custom order. Even extra cheese is to difficult. Fries aren't even cooked. Not worth my time to return to get more bad food. Sad because they are currently remodeling the dining area just to serve bad food and incorrect orders . This will be my last time there
First time in there today. Was notified by one of the employees that the mobile app options are no good due to "groups of people" entering and all getting there free offer, provided by the app. I insisted that at least it wasn't one person coming in and getting the same stuff for free which would be much worst. As well as when a order was made by my wife the lacked the hearing capacity to add bacon to the sandwiches lucky we checked before we left. If a business lacks one thing it will lack another.nothing wrong with the food so I would still recommend.
Terrible experience, ruined my whole day. Drive thru woman was rude and rushed me, kept telling me my total and to pull up after everything I ordered I will let you know when I'm finished she didn't read my order back to me either. When I pulled up to the window, it highly smelled of marijuana when it opened. The lady took my money with the same pair of gloves on that she was preparing food with, I witnessed this while watching her almost forgot my orange juices, I had to remind her, half my order was missing, she wanted to argue at the window about what I ordered, even tho we know its on the screen in front of her and she magically didn't have a receipt to give me so I couldn't even get my food refunded. Nobody would answer the phone when I called, they probably too busy getting high eating my food they kept out the bags. So ticked off, I never want to come back to this location and will let everybody know of this very shameful experience.
Understaffed perhaps? Very slow. Happy meal was fake and came in and were only ones there and were told to order on kiosk. Luke wth tool us extra long because I'm wiry 2 kids and the choices became never ending... Food: 2/5
NEVER AGAIN . I noticed because I stay focusing on terrible work ethic none of the workers dealing with food and drive thru ever have gloves this is disgusting. I worked at a McDonald's and that was an instant sent home if you touched or served any body . I'm getting the camera footage and if you caused my food poisoning my lawyers will be in touch
I frequent this location's drive thru and in the past have preferred it. Today, ice coffee was off Weak and flavorless carmel. As I was unhappy with my breakfast sandwich purchase from a competitor and had already left that location, I decided to at least recup my loss here...In I go! The manager was lukewarm. She stated they use pre-measured portions. I think they just started doing this as I've never had a tasteless coffee from them before. At my request, not her own accord, she replaced my bevie with a different flavor of choice, vanilla--only slightly better and this with light ice One of those days Parking: Parking is sufficient for in/out business.
I ordered $23 worth of food. They gave me old apple pies. I asked for a refund see picture they didn’t return my receipt when I asked for a refund. The manger gave me an attitude when I asked where my receipt was then responded she didn’t tell me you needed your receipt back.
No counter service. Had to use kiosk. Had reward code to buy 1 get 1. 2nd item didn't show on order. Could not get any help from behind counter, even though 2 people were within 5 ft of my. I did raise my voice Abita, but was still ignored. Canceled order and left
If I can give them no Stars I would you will think the area is called suburbs but it’s not food never hot/fresh you wait in line for a while Managmaent isn’t Managmaent there fountain machine is for ever giving out black floating stuff inside I mean I’m very disappointed and may consider another location for now on!!!! Managmaent needs improvement Workers need improvement…Customers work hard to we can at least pay to receive fresh food
We went to a different McDonald's last week the fish sandwich wasn't hot and the fries were barely warm I need to quit going to McDonald's they need to do something about their food.Food: 2/5
