When I order with their app, they always put little to no cheese even when I requested extra cheese. One time they didn't even put any hot salsa. There was separate day when their app informed me, they were out of cheese, further confirming this isn't a one time thing. To their credit, they do not under-cook the rice. Update: Rice was severely undercooked. Be sure to hold on to your receipt. This location seems to be hiring new people every week, due to high turnover rate.
Had to stop going here even though it's so close. You place an order on the app and show up around the time it says and you still have to wait 20+ minutes. Last time I was there the girl making the take out order's "hair" was touching the food she was making. They always seem to be out of something. A couple employees are working the rest are doing nothing. It's a shame because Chipotle has good food but when you have bad employees who don't care about their jobs it effects the quality.
The food was delicious, I love getting chips to eat my bowl with. They really load the bowls but it depends on the staff working at the time. The lady at the register left to go get more napkins rather than asking her coworker who was doing mobile orders to grab them which created a bit of a backup in the line. I waited for about 10 minutes after my bowl was finished being made to even pay for it and I asked fhe cashier for a salad dressing and chips and she left out the dressing so I had to go back and ask someone else.
I ordered online, which I will never do again! Crew members were talking and laughing and not giving customers the satisfaction to their visit. I ordered two items with extra chicken! It cost $3.50 extra for extra meat and when I tell you I had 7-8 pieces of chicken I’m not joking. You would’ve thought they were both veggie bowls/burritos smh. When I asked for extra sides the girls caught horrible attitudes with me and as i waited another 10 mins just for them to bag those I had to grab the last sauce my self because they weren’t paying attention. I think a QUALIFIED manager should be put on night shifts immediately.
Every time I go against my mind and give them another try I still get disappointed, I always get sick the sour cream always have a taste or smell the guacamole is brown and they never get your order correct if I can give no stars and never want to fix your order waste of money I definitely need a refund
I literally just stood in line for over an hour waiting to just order food. When I got up to order the worker who was working alone making everyone’s food stop taking orders and just work on online orders. Leaving everyone in line waiting. She did not say anything to us she did not apologize she did not explain what was going on As everyone just stood there waiting for about 20 more minutes. When she finally started to take my order she had a bad attitude she was tossing things around slamming spoons into the condiment bowls and was just very rude. I have never experienced this at any chipotle and I definitely will not be going back to the Chipotle. I will travel further to go to another one before I give this store my business ever again. Which sucks because it is so close to my house. I understand being short stash and training but at least explain to everyone what’s going on instead of leaving them standing there.
Horrible horrible !! I ordered from door dash and my order was completely opposite of what I received! I ordered chicken and veggies, absolutely no chicken ! I was given steak, I can’t eat red meat at all !!! The bowl just had cheese, rice & steak in it. Furious because I called, no one answered and door dash didn’t resolve my issue at all ! Completely unacceptable, complete incompetence!
There was a regular piece of paper on the entrance door with a paragraph written in English and Spanish. With people walking in behind you you don't have time to read the small printed paragraph. Wait at the counter and no service. Then they tell you it's order online only. I'm sure the staff was just as irritated aswell but they just need to make your signs better for that part. I went to order on the phone and they were out of lettuce and tomato salsa for the tacos. I don't know if they were out of anything else because we just left in the chaos. People were walking in and experiencing the same as myself. 2 stars for the food because they were missing half the items I wanted. I'm sorry Chipotle, you are usually much better than this.
Every time I tried to get food from here there was always some issue that no matter what time of day I show up you can’t get food. whether it’s a management issue a food issue an electrical issue not having ingredients, it’s always some thing. I’ve noticed a pattern that all of the chipotles near me are having the same problems, at this rate they’re better off just being shut down because they clearly aren’t making any money serving food
I don’t know what’s going on lately but this location is just terrible . The staff here just don’t care - and they are not afraid to show you. Sometimes they run out of things and don’t post no sign to tell customers . Just last week they had a whole bunch of door dash orders just sitting by the registers and nobody was trying to check out the customers that actually came in and ordered. Today - I come @ 11:50am and on the door It says they only doing online orders, I ordered my food on the app which states it will be done by 12:10… it’s currently 12:50pm and I just got my food. If you don’t have enough staff to make orders in the store , I would rather be told the store just can’t open at the moment then sit and wait for my food for an hour. At least give ppl a chance to find another option
