I went  in to order  a family meal   a this popyes location upon arrival  I saw a server  and a cashier, I politely  greet  them by saying  hello,  the server answered but the cashier  did not answer  so I repeated  myself  by say hello the  second time she  still didn't  answer.  , so I say to her hello miss I say hello to you twice  and you  did not answer . She  looked  at me and said I Don't Have To answer You !. I was so astonished I said to her you don't have no customer service  , I then stepped  out and spent my money  elsewhere, where I would feel appreciated.

Worst food. They oil is burned which make they chicken taste nasty. Do not go there save your money and your health

I don’t remember the customer service but their popeyes In the best In the area. Fries and chicken are always hot and ready to go,,,,,,,,,,,,, but sorry for new spicy chicken sandwich , I come here for new spicy chicken sandwich but I see this on door

I see the video with the rats on the YouTube & Instead they thanked the gentleman & appreciate him for letting them know, instead they get terminated!!! I called the main office about my bad experience in one of the stores in New York for seeing one of the employee did something to my food & no one get back to me. That to show you they don't care, they could use him to go around the country and clean up all there store's  Instead they get him fired!!! I want to give them 0 star

It's pretty good, the food is well done. The place is pretty small so you can't really dine in so prepare to get take out. The fries are good, but the shrimp is small and comes in really weird portions

Clean cozy.high pedestrian traffic location. Food always fresh and hot. Beverage bar. No rest room.  Attentive polite efficient staff  Features: Service counter divider, active sanitizing, crowd/spacing warnings.

Honestly the best Popeyes around. Always clean, organized and fresh. Amazing customer service too. Definitely check it out!

If there is something in my order that you don't have in stock, you should probably tell me at that time instead of just replacing it with whatever you want. Instead, I had to drive back in the rain and I didn't receive a single apology from any of the 7 people behind the counter. Do better

Its either a hit or miss with them. Ive ordered chicken and  mashed potatoes and have gotten fries. I ordered 2 piece spicy with mashed. Chicken didnt taste spicy. I also got lemonade and honey for my  biscuit.  Honey was sticky and chicken tasted mild.
