The food was really good eating it. Got it in under 30 minutes. But can you guys PLEASE follow your food safety laws?? I had to call for an AMBULANCE for terrible food poisoning a few hours after eating that almost made me pass out. Worst case of food poison I've ever experienced. Really not ok.

While ordering I noticed that the bread was sitting on a metal rack covered with flies. I told the rep that there are flies all over the bread and asked if I could  have bread that didn't come from that rack. The rep looked at me and said " I don't know what you want me to do about it." The rest of the staff said whatever and went back to what they were doing. So since I couldn't get a sandwich not covered in bacteria and disease. We left with no food. If I could give 0 stars I would. Needless to say we won't be back. Very disappointing we used to eat there all the time.

Good clean facility, quality food, bread is really fresh & good, plenty of fresh meat,fast & friendly service... staff is on point!

I had my order delivered to me and their was dog hair and smell like a dog had to throw it away and my wife said when she look out the window that their was a dog and another person in the car

This Place is Absolutely  No Joke ' Amazing ! Awesome Staff ; I have been there twice this wk. Alone . I signed up for there Reward Program & got a free Sub , Try this place out you won't be disappointed & they got a kids  menu items also.

I used to get the #5 Vito, but now I started getting the Lil john, which is just as good but less bread....even though the bread is sooooooooo good. The best bread, actually.  The employees are nice at the Golden Ring location. I never had a bad experience here. Fresh food......nothing like Subway yuk

I work at golden Ring Plaza, so when I left work today my husband said stop and get a sandwich for our dinner, I saw Jimmy Johns and stopped we have never eaten there, when I walked in and up to the counter a young lady at a sink on the left Tabatha, looked at me never said anything and looked at me again after the third time, I said are you going to take my order and what I should have done is left, she came over never said anything I said hello and that I would like to order 2 sandwiches, I told her what I wanted still thinking I should just leave, she said go over there and wait for it she took one of the sandwiches slammed it on the counter and said to me you can put it in the bag so I reached over the counter and got a bag and put my sandwich in it, looking at a big pickle sign on the wall saying don’t forget the pickle, so I told her don’t forget the pickle well no pickles for me and my husband, not even a napkin, wow how can you have people working for you like this, I will never grace your business with my hard earned dollar where I say hello, good morning, how can I help you, thank you for shopping with us and have a great day, to every patron that comes to my department. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant, and I plan to tell everyone.

I definitely felt robbed leaving this Jimmy Johns in Rosedale, MD when they made me a sandwich I did not ask for. Unfortunately, they ran out of hot peppers and couldn't communicate that with me. I would've cancelled my order. Instead of communicating that to me when I got to the store, I had to drive back and forth to the store, when I found out an ingredient was missing. The only reason I ordered that sandwich was because of the hot peppers. Instead of accommodating me for the inconvenience the manager/supervisor did not do anything but explain why they had no peppers. One star for the miscommunication and service.
