Steak was cold and service was horrible. When I asked for a cup for water, I was told “we don’t do that, you want a small or large soda cup?” I didn’t want a soda so said no, then I was just handed my food with a snotty “anything else?”  Just rude and ridiculous that they stopping giving cups for water. We’ve been ordering from this Chipotle for many years and today my son, a minor, needed to use the bathroom without consuming. The cashier was very rude saying he couldn’t use it unless he ordered something, looking opposite of my son. My son was with his mother. It’s pretty dirty inside. Tables all have food on them. They’re out of chips and water cups. Bad experience overall, recommend going to another chipotle

Used to be one of the best. Now they give microscopic portions. To top it off, they don’t give water cups anymore. What else needs to be said.

The food server was typing on his phone using gloves and then went to prep the bowl without changing the gloves!! Extremely unhygienic, the tables had old food on them and weren’t wiped down!

I was hesitant to come here after reading some of the reviews about portions and customer service. However, everyone was kind, friendly and the portions were great. Would happily return to this location.  On another note, why did Chipotle D/C the pollo asado, the regular just doesn’t do it for me. I’m so sad :

Horrible service. The guy serving me didn't even listen and then he went away in middle of preparing meal, then other girl finished it and she didn't even folded it properly ... everything unfolded and felll apart. Everything was cold and sloppy.  Chips and guacamole were good. Also no ice in soda machine... everything was dirty.

It’s a hit miss, though it’s mostly a miss.  Been to this Chipotle a few times now: One time AC was not working, waiting in line was like waiting in hellfire. One time I asked for a double and the steak I got was barely a single, although I did pay for a double. Today, at 11:00 am they open at 10:45 they won’t let anyone in, saying they’ll be opening 11:30 instead, with no apparent reason.

The food here is comparable to any other Chipotle, however they gave me a completely different order and took a long time to correct it. If you want to eat here, I wouldn't recommend ordering online, it's best to just order in person to reduce the chances of them messing it up.Food: 5/5

They girl only put half a spoon of rice in my bowl. little meat and a little of the cheese, corn and tomatoes. You would think it was coming out for her check. The Chips were overly salty. They would not give me a curiosity water after I spent $17.00. I will never go there again. I wish that there was a no star option.
