The space needs to be seriously cleaned and furniture put in place. The food tastes good looks awfull! but it's delivered in a greasy paper bag by a guy using blue rubber gloves, after shouting your name very loud. You have better places to pay more than 20 dollares for an hamburger! You need to visit the same store in Dubai Mall to see how the same brand knows how to respect their customers!

Their food is delicious, but for some reason does not mesh well with my stomach. But I still eat here some Fridays. Great service overall. A little on the pricey side but when it come it comes to food I have no limit.Food: 3/5

No different to any other five guys. Food was ok. Chips were much to salty for me. Milkshake was nice but it's out of a packet so can't really go wrong. If you like five guys then this will tick your box; however, there's nicer eateries in the local area.  Vegetarian options: They do offer a vegetarian sandwich which is cooked vegetables on a burger bun. No vegi burger  Wheelchair accessibility: Sloped entry and level within the restaurant

My go to burger place in the area due to consistency and the fact their cajun fries can't really be beat by a certain burger joint that serves their food from a shack.  However, they do mess up your order sometimes, in particular the burgers seeming to be "swapped" with another customers. It's not exactly easy to check if your burger is correct since it's buried underneath the mountain of fries and in a tin foil casing, so if you get food to go you may not find out until you to wherever you are going. Would hope that this doesn't happen but it does at this location.  The place itself is clean enough and it's your typical five guys. They rarely have the malt vinegar out for some reason.

Always, I great experience! The food is great! Outstanding customer service but, the prices are bit expensive. Also, I wish they would have Chilli-Cheese Dogs on the menu.Food: 5/5

Definitely not the cheapest fast food, but for the extra bucks you get burgers and fries that are amazing compared to other fast food chains. The service is a bit slow, but worth the waiting, and the guy at the cashier gave me a free cup Thank you!. I loved the interior design of the place and also loved to watch how they made our burgers. I spent about $15, but was so worth it.

The burgers here is amazing and the service is one of a kind. They have a great menu selection and the prices are decent too.

I had been to this location several times in the past. Today was the worst experience ever. When we walked in, there was no one at the cash register, finally the cashier gets there with an attitude no less. So I put my order in. When I got my oreo milkshake which I love, the cup it was served in was dirty on the out side. Can't imagine what the inside looked like. When I received the burger and fries they were both burnt and dry not to mention the bun was hard. So naturally I asked for fresh fries. They were ready really fast but came burnt again and salty When I brought the issue to the manager she absolutely denied the fact that the food was old. I did get a refund for the fries though. I will not be visiting this location in the future.

Like any Five Guys in the city, this location offers amazing fries in copious amounts alongside other staples like hamburgers, hotdogs and milkshakes. The bright, almost clinical decor is kept squeaky clean and plenty of seating is available for group or solo dining.  Quartered conveniently on NYU's Brooklyn campus, this spot is popular with locals and students alike. Wheelchair accessible entrance and seating is available.
