It's a Chipotle. I got the new steak, and if you like your steak well done and dry like cardboard, then it's good. I prefer my steak to have a bit of red in it. It's also very, very overseasoned, which is what you would need to mask the cardboard flavor. Get the chicken instead.Food: 4/5

I placed my order for pick-up around 3pm for my 30 min lunch break and I got there around 3:05. When you order for pick up, you don’t really have to wait that long and you can go towards the back to ask the worker on the register for your order. So I go back and I show the girl on the register my order for pick-up and she just says “hold on.” Then, I see her texting on her phone for a good minute, which was completely unnecessary. After finishing her text and instead of going back to check on my order, she keeps me waiting longer by deciding to ring out two other people on line that were ordering at the restaurant. At this point, it’s been about 5 minutes and at the time, I was the only person waiting there that had ordered for pick-up. Just as she is about to ring out a third person on line ordering at the restaurant, another employee there saw me waiting and asked for my name. When I gave my name, he went back and got me my food quickly. I appreciated this but at the same time, it had already been ready for over 10 mins. Anyway, I would’ve given only 1 star because the other employee kept me waiting longer than I should’ve. Since the food was tasty and the portions were good, I decided to give an extra star.

Should of looked at the reviews before I came here. I had a side order of tomatoes salsa so my food doesn’t get soggy and they put the sauce container upside down in the bag. It spilled in the bag causing my bag to get wet a break. Employees need to be more responsible.

I spent $18 just for a Bowl and drink. It's pretty costly because it seem to be the only place located in the area. There is burger King down the block but I was rather something healtier and fast beside burger King. Also McDonald's was close by but it was another unhealthy food place. I rate this place a 3 because I think the food could be a bit better. I would also like fresher guacamole. Also lunch special too why because there are college student and hospital workers around the area. It would be nice to get something or give back to the community that's support your business.

There’s a worker here name Kirah and she’s the absolute BEST! Sometimes people serve with tiny portions but she made sure she gave me just enough to be satisfied. If she could accept tips she could of had all the money in my pocket!

Do not come here. The staff is extremely rude, I don’t usually walk in to a chipotle so had no idea where certain items were located they got extremely irritated because I asked for something that was located on a earlier section. As if I am supposed to know that. Then made me wait another 10 minutes for tortilla skins because I didn’t know to ask for them prior. On top of that they only put a little meat in my bowl. Total waste of money. I can not deal with this place at all soda machines not working and only accepting exact change or card. Everyone in the line frustrated. Never going back

The worst chipotle location I’ve ever been in. Besides soda machine and card terminal being down, the burrito was just smashed into foil with half the guacamole and toppings practically being squeezed out of it while the guy wrapping it just casually swung them under the counter. The remains of the final product tasted bitter, as if someone hadn’t cleaned the grill properly or sprinkled some dish-soap on top. The final straw was when a poor half unwrapped burrito had all of the juice toppings at the bottom and rice and beans on top. Chipotle’s been my favorite restaurant for years, but this location was the worst experience ever. So: no cards accepted, soda machine down, 20min line, bitter food, no wrapping skills, no change from cash.

The fountain drinks were unavailable and they didn’t have any forks at all. They didn’t even decided to deal with either problems. Dirty tables
