I love chipotle. But the chipotles in VT do not know how to make a taco. This isn’t the first time my tacos have looked like this. Moes employees can make a taco 100% better than chipotle.
The service and quality of this chipotle is garbage. This bowl is supposed to have lettuce and veggies as well, but this is how they decide to send it out. Don't go to this chipotle
Never in my life have I experienced chipotle locations more mismanaged than the ones in vermont. Why are they closed when the hours on their door say they are open as well as their hours online? Two days around 7pm in one week we’re they closed when they were scheduled to be open. Unfortunately the food is decent so like a toxic relationship I will keep trying to go back.
Paid a lot of money for an inedible meal. The burrito was so cold that the queso congealed. Tried heating it, and it was just a mushy mess. Ordered a side of chips and guacamole, which was brown and tasted odd. For some reason, it was full of lettuce. I didn't know that was an ingredient in guacamole. Very dissapointed.Food: 1/5
Friendly stuff and good food but the prices are pretty high but I guess that's common for these days the only thing I didn't like is that some of the stuff was more spicy than I would have liked and I wasn't warned about that as I don't like spicy food bathroom was clean restaurant was clean staff was playing loud music but that's okay for the age group that I saw but maybe not okay for older people but in the area that it was in I would say it was okay
Have tried to order twice online. Never got any food. Sounds like it's trash anyway. First time, mid afternoon, store took order and payment. Show up to pick up food, door is locked, sign in window saying they're closed. Three other people there also waiting to pick up food. Staff are inside eating. Second time, order food online via doordash around 1pm. Order delivery time keeps getting delayed. And delayed. And after ~90 min and well after original delivery time, order was just cancelled. VT doesn't have anything good that resembles Mexican/TexMex food. This is a sacrifice you made when you came here...
I've only ordered from this location via DoorDash, but the size of the burritos is about a third of the size of what it used to be, yet the price has remained the same. It just doesn't seem worth it to pay $25+ to get a burrito that's legit barely bigger than a banana. They're also closed WAAAAY more than they're open and they're hours are wicked random.
What is up with Chipotles in VT. The Dorset location as well as the Shelburne Road are disorganized and unpredictably closed. Multiple times the system has taken my order and credit card number only to find them closed after driving 30 minutes to pick it up.. Their food although not perfect by Chipotle standards is pretty good. I return sadly due to limited choices and options.
This place clearly wasn’t ready to open when it did… everything is under par here and it could be a lot better, my guess is the resources just aren’t available for staffing and food orders. Constantly dirty, constantly WAY behind delivery times, constantly out of ingredients, and constantly closing randomly during normal operating hours. UPDATE 03/09/2023 My girlfriend also has food poisoning after eating a chicken bowl from here. Seriously chipotle, just put this location out of its misery.
Worst Chipotle ever. Hours are inconsistent and random, food is messy and under-portioned compared to other locations, and the burritos fall apart like limp sacks of sad slop. Go next door to bueno y sano for a decent burrito. Vermont deserves better!
