Food was cold, chicken was burnt. I appreciate that my online order was actually ready this time but was it made when I placed the order 45 minutes prior to pick up? The staff is always rude too. This Chipotle has been this bad for some while. With an online rating of 1.47, isn't anyone paying attention?

I ordered catering here for a company party and they LOST our online order. I went to go pick it up and they had no clue that there was even an order sent to them. I sent it the previous Friday and went to pick it up on Tuesday - MORE than enough time to be notified of a catering order. I showed them the online confirmation and after talking to several different people who worked there, a manager was contacted and they said they would have the order done in 30 minutes... 1.5 hours later we finally got our food. The manager attempted several times to give us a partial refund for the inconvenience, but she didn't know how to and I ended up waiting another 30 minutes at the store while she fumbled to complete a refund. Absolutely unacceptable. We will not be ordering from this Chipotle again. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Worst Chipotle in the lake County area, if you walk in your avg wait time is always around 30 to 40 mins the line usually is to the door, not because of the good food , it's horrible, but because the staff is so slow. Knowing this I ordered online a double meat burrito , I get there and still waited 10 mins , line to the door . Get home to realize there's no meat on a boule meat burrito ! Stay clear of this one worst Chipotle ever

Feel like it's slow because they're always training, always new faces when I come in. Place is usually in disarray and not particularly well kept up. Employees seem to lament their time there. A shame really.

Do yourself a favor and drive right by this place. If you like chicken that is burnt to a crisp and enjoy begging like a dog for your food then you'll love this place. Oh I almost forgot after you have been standing in line for 25 minutes they stop preparing food for the customers standing in line to make on line orders while you wait some more. Go to Moe's if you want a burrito better food, better service for less $!
