I don't know if today was an exception, and I just got extremely lucky, but I have to say that the staff at the drive-thru was exceptional! So friendly and patient. Honestly probably the best fast food experience I have ever had

I  am sure once I would get use to ordering from a screen by myself it won't taje so long. There were 4 of us. But the realwait was 22min to get our food to the table. All we had was 2 breakfast sandwhichs 1 happy meal one apple pie and 4 drinks. Maybe it was hectic for the workers too but as time goes on, we shall see. Plus they gave my granddaughter white milk and we order chocolate. Thems the breaks!! 🍟🏺🍔

Terrible do not go to this site at night!!
Took them forever to make my food which have no problem waiting for them to make fresh food but when i got it not only was the sandwich and fries cold and old but they messed up my sandwich and forgot the bacon and after paying around $10 for a meal I just feel like I got cheated when I could have went to Wendy's and got fresh hot food for $4 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The girl at the window redeemed the lousy experience and the wait time.  She had a way about her that made you not get upset for waiting.  She apologized and just was genuinely sorry that we had to wait so long.  I don't know if that is because she is always apologizing because the wait time is always lousy but it redeemed our stop.   Just grabbed a snack to eat but everything was hot and fresh.  It is McDonalds.  They at least have figured out the standardization thing and one McDonald's is like all other McDonald's.
