I've come to this location three different times and I have the same complaint. Overcooked meat and no flavor. There also seem to be an unusual long wait, I would understand having to wait for fresh well cooked food, that is not the case. I hope the other locations in Colorado springs are better.

They are attentive.  Main course is a good value and can be nutritionally sound if you make good choices!

I have not eaten at Chipotle in over a year but decided to get some the other night and yep it is still really good! But when I left I had to find the south park episode about Chipotle and yep it was just as funny as the first time I watched it! So if you have not tried Chipotle or have not had it for a while you should stop by and get some and don't worry they are just joking about what happens in South Park if you eat Chipotle!

Very disappointed with Southgate location. Ate about 4:30. Busy but know the drill. I figured at least the food will be fresh. Both the rice and chicken in my bowl we're barely lukewarm. I asked an employee to get the manager. Mind you I was starving. Decided to take my chances and eat the cold food while waiting. Had to clean my own table with wet napkin and my hand sanitizer. She never came by! Lady next to me said hers was cold too. I finished and the employee asked if I spoke with her. I said nope. She fetched her and as I'm walking out she finally comes over. Not so much as a thank you, apology, nothing. Just defensive excuses . Temperatures that low on food is a SERIOUS health code violation. Hope they get nabbed cause they deserve it!. Terrible. Do not recommend it if you care about your health. Especially since its flu season. Petris dish meats! Hope I don't get sick. Manager should be fired.

My family and I wanted to order a bulk order of salsa for our holiday party (2 quarts) The girls who helped us weren't a big help at all. They told us they weren't able to do it unless we bought a catering order which included more than what we asked for and was $40. We told them that would work and they said they couldn't help us. I decided to call the South Tejon location and the manager Emily told me to give her 40 minutes and she would have it ready for me with no hesitation. It's hard to believe that one location was so willing to help us and the other one was not. Thank you South Tejon
