I gave 1 star and that's only because I don't feel that anyone was rude. We ordered 6 sandwiches. 2 was to have lettuce and tomato on the side. I was told no, that it has to be ON the sandwich only. When picking it up I spoke to the manager who refused to budge on that. I emailed corporate which in fact isn't corporate at all, it just routes my complaint back to the store manager who stated that they do not put anything on the side so they can keep up with their "freaky fast sandwiches". Ridiculous that a customer can't have the sandwich the way they want. So glad we live in a large city and have multiple options to choose from: Subway, Firehouse subs, Schlotzkys, SS subs, Jersey Mikes. All great places where the customer can order a sandwich how they like it.

OMG.  From the end of the phone call to sandwich in my hand.. Literally it took 3 minutes and 46 seconds!! 😂 I am a satisfied customer we even ordered 3 sandwiches

I am from out of town and wanted something fast. I had an early flight and just wanted food fast, so I placed my order with this JJ. I hung up the phone waited like 5 mins and went down stairs from my hotel to step out side. I was getting off the elevator as my order was getting on. When they say freaky fast they truly mean it.
