I ate at chipotle last night and had the best customer service and the best burrito that I’ve ever had since they opened this store. Previously I had given a less than flattering review but I want to recognize that there’s obviously been some improvements made and I wanted to give another review reflecting that.

Not exaggerating when I say this... I got 4 pieces of steak in an entire bowl. When I reluctantly asked for a little more they said it would be extra. Seriously!? I should have left.

It all started when I got a vox from my mom asking me to place an order online for her to pick up on her way home from work. Normally my dad would place it but he was on the phone with a prophet. Anyways I placed the order online. When we got home and all sat down at the table, we came to the realization that they made some of our burritos wrong; they were either missing ingredients or included random ingredients that we didn't order. I'm confident that if my brother Wesley (my relative, not a "brother" like in a catholic orphanage such as in nacho libre) was here and not working at the call center tonight, he too would have had guacamole on his burrito by mistake. Anyways me and my family then began our game of uno, the spider man edition. My brother kept burping without saying 'excuse me.' He won the first game, I won the second, and my dad won the third. Unfortunately my beloved mother did not win a game this night. I then took a dump and decided to write this review.

Meh. Rushed me through line basically throwing food into the bowl. Smaller portions. Only cared abut speed. Not impressed. Mgmt needs to let these young people know that customer service isnt just speed. Food was good. But I left there thinking I'm not sure I want to go back.

Stole almost $8 from ringing me up wrong. Not sure if I should sue or press charges. Not sure if the cashier did it to pocket or if a company thing. Make sure amount is accurate before paying. Not sure if josh is a manager but he is a crook!
