The only good things about this place is the chicken fried rice and shrimp toast (only if you're lucky that it's not dripping with grease), they deliver, and the delivery man is THE sweetest. But he is the only good customer service you'll actually get from this place. I just tried calling and it was busy the first time. I waited. Tried again, a man picked up, said no and hung up. Thought maybe it was a mistake tried again, was hung up on AGAIN. This isn't the first time with this type of service either. If they deliver the wrong food, they won't fix it either even if the receipt is right of what you order. Shocked to see so many good reviews. This is the norm of customer service when I try and attempt to buy their product.

I recently ordered carryout at Dragon House and the cons unfortunately outweighed the pros. Con: Ordered Szechuan Eggplant. The container it came in had a good half inch of what tasted to be canola or vegetable oil over the top. I literally was taking spoonfuls of oil out carefully to try and make the meal edible with rice. My friend ordered General Tso’s and said the chicken was good but he only got three pieces of broccoli with it. For those who love meat, this would be a pro. Pro: Ordered a large container of Hot & Sour soup. It was good with lots of veggies and tofu. The container was a solid 3-4cups worth and was only $3. I will likely be back for their soup when I’m running low on money.

Never ordered take-out and I'm not even sure if they have delivery, but I eat in the restaurant all the time. Love the food. Service is okay. Big portions. Good prices. But my main complaint is the fact that there is no music or any kind of ambiance in the background. Lol I know it seems ridiculous but it can feel uncomfortable sitting there in stale air while the employees also sit there, often on their phones in silence. Lol I don't know, just is weird to me. But, it hasn't and won't stop me from going! 3 stars for silence and okay service.

It's okay, nothing to be excited about though. They are fast, but in my experience the quality wasn't so great. I would have much rather waited a bit longer for fresher food. My rice was super dried out. I ordered fried and they must have not had enough, you could tell it was very obviously mixed with white. I wanted a meal instead of a side of what I ordered (two people sharing) and we received a side. The price is okay for what you get but I prefer some of the other options in the area.

This was the worst experience, normally everything is good and all that but last night we received horrible food, the cashews in the cashew chicken had black spots I thought it was because it was cooked but no they are deep black spots. The beef in the beef and broccoli was not even cooked so I tried to recook it, the broccoli was mushy and tasted horrible. And when we called they couldn't do anything cause we didn't call that night even though it's literally the next day. Never coming here again. If I could upload pictures on here I would cause I have a few.
