Awful awful place!! Told us for a week we could move in as long as we could show proof we had paid our garnishment off and have rent pet deposit and regular deposit on the day we planned on moving in. We had it ALL!!! We were to meet at 4:30. The receptionist called us at 3:00 and told us never mind we weren't approved. We had told our current land lord we were moving. So we were totally screwed. I reported them to Better Business Bureau.

Currently "home sweet home" for my camper & me. Some of the trailers they own need some upkeep. But the lots are spacious w plenty of grass & places for kids to play.

Local management and corporate will defraud you of all they can get. Repairs are never made, unless a court date is made. Septic tank field lines are antiquated and collapsed, causing sewer backups into bath tubs and yards where children play. Roaches will infest your car from homes around it, and maybe the home you look at is already infested, and they will say an exterminator is on the way. The exterminator uses water down weak chemical that does not work. Government housing is better than this slum!
