I absolutely loved my experience and the staff at Chosen Cakes. They are friendly, patience and entertaining. This was my second time participating in a Bake and Sip at Chosen Cakes...of course I would recommend this establishment to others!!

I ordered a cake for my son's first birthday and I must say that I am disappointed. Upon receiving my order I thought the cake looked nice, but after getting the cake home I realized there were some major imperfections and that the cake was poorly made. And after eating the cake at the party, the taste of the cake was just okay. It was not spectacular. Let's just say I've had way better. The cupcakes that I purchased were poorly packaged in an oversize cake box and after driving they slid into one another and were ruined. After my husband called to inform them of the poor packaging they seemed to kind of laugh off the mistake and were reluctant to correct it. Needless to say I will not be using this place again and I would not recommend this place to anyone that I know.

Over the top.  Had a great-great time. My sister Wanda had her 50th, and we had nothing but fun. Charlie, Daniel, Jerry great people, friendly, very personable,  great instructors, OH!! And*** PATIENT *** Oh yes.  I just say if you want to have a great family party Chosen Cakes is the place.  Thank you for your great hospitality.

Very unprofessional business. During our scheduled tasting appointment, we were waiting in the front for about 15 minutes before anyone even came out to talk to us. The cake tasted very good, so we decided to use them for our wedding despite our initial first impression. We were told we had to buy our cake stand for $65 instead of renting it for $45, and on the day of our wedding, the $65 "diamond" cake stand we purchased was not used. I've been given the runaround for about 2 months regarding a refund for the additional charge. This family run business needs a lot of work when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Good cake but terrible service. I recommend that others find another bakery.
