I purchased a used automobile from Dean and it was a good experience. He was very professional and polite. Gabriel helped me with the financing and that was also a very easy and fast process. After signing all the paperwork, I found a small problem with the car that I hadn't noticed before and I was worried that they were going to say "tough luck, we already have your money" but they didn't. They took care of the issue even though the cost of the problem was not insignificant to the dealership. Honestly, it probably erased any profit they made on the car at all. When we did bring the car back in to be serviced, the Service team was amazing, especially Crystal who really took care of my wife. I appreciated that a great deal and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to friends and family. I will certainly continue to use their service even though there are closer, more convenient locations for me to take the car. And I will try them again when it's time to buy a car again. Thank you!

I love love love this place. I own a 2014 and 2017 Jeep Cherokee. There was absolutely no pressure and my sales person negotiated exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love the service dept. They always take good expedient care of me and don't try to talk me into unnecessary services, but are always very informative. Thank you Kris Nikel for making me feel like family.

I brought my 2007 Dodge Ram in for recall service work and was thoroughly impressed how I was treated from the time I scheduled my appointment, to all the interaction when I brought my truck in. Prompt and very professional. I was even impressed with the fact that I didn't have to turn around and take my truck right back because this or that was wrong as a result of their workmanship. That isn't something I can say I got to experience with other dealership service shops in the area. The level of professionalism was so great with this first experience that I will definitely consider my next Dodge or Ram purchase at Chris Nikel in Broken Arrow.

As with a lot of others I'm very disappointed. Just spent over $6,000 on an engine and turbo replacement on my 2013 Fiat. When I picked it up the check engine light was on and the turbo flutter was extremely loud. (not sure how they could have missed this if they drove the car after servicing it.) To make a long story short, brought it back in to have the issues addressed only to be told I had a bad wastegate solenoid and I have to pay an additional $300. Should have been replaced with the engine swap. It was obviously bad when they returned my car. No break on labor or anything. I'll be dealing with Glover from here on out.

Hassle free purchase experience. Staff very helpful. Just used their express lane for 1st oil change since new. Very little wait time and you can see them working on your vehicle from the waiting area. I'll continue to do business with the Nikels
