Brian Clark made the process quick and so easy. For my first car buying experience from the moment I pulled up to the moment I pulled out it was less than 2 hours. Insane! But what really made the experience fantastic was that as a young adult with loads of student loans who is very early in my credit career, the entire financial team worked with me to purchase a brand new 2017 Spark. I never thought that I would be able to own a brand new car, but Brian and his managers made it happen. I am recommending Jim Norton, but most of all Brian to EVERYONE I know.

Makes me sad to not write 5 star review. Giving a 4 store due to the staff who checked me out and had me pay. It was a guy from coweta and a girl who sat next to him. They were the most unprofessional people I've ever met. They both had the audacity to chew and ALSO pop their gum while providing customer service! Professionalism from all staff is a factor of service provided! My car service was done promptly, when turning the car in, it was easy and TODD was great and was able to communicate with me and let me know what was wrong and what needed to be done and gave me a quote on a service I request. THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING A 4/5 star for the first time is because of those two staff who were collecting payments and gave me my keys. I STILL CAN NOT GET OVER THOSE TWO STAFF POPING GUM WHILE communicating and providing service. Very disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.

I think the guys name is Brandon? Don't know the girls name as she did not have any name tag. Picked my car up on 11/24!

My salesman was very helpful in finding a truck for me and my business. He worked with me over several months both in person and online to find one I liked. I was able to get a great deal on a new vehicle.

I really like Jim Norton Chevrolet. Actually, too much! Just purchased my forth new ride in 3 years. They just make it easy. Great no pressure sales staff, good deals and they will give you top dollar for your trade. Gotta stay away from that place! :)

We came to Jim Norton in 2015 since then we have purchased 4 vehicles from Ryan Cochran. He is the best salesman that we have ever dealt with at any place and we continue to receive great service from him every time we come back. He has always gone above and beyond our expectations with everything that he has done for us! We will gladly recommend him and Jim Norton in Broken Arrow to everyone that we know. Thanks again for the great service!!
