"How did we disappoint you?" In every way imaginable. From the very start the team we're rude to me. It's one thing to push for someone's service but it's another to be rude. Christian brothers wanted almost 1000$ to replace a fuel pump. A FUEL PUMP??? Are y'all kidding me? I tried to take my car home which they said was not possible. That was partially true because the left the battery dead in their lot. This was after I paid them to plug a computer into the car for their "diagnostic" and tell me it's the fuel pump.... but it could be a different part. I took my car home and ordered a fuel pump for 200$. It came in and took me around 45 minutes to replace. At the end of the day it's not what they said to me but how they said it. If you're looking for somewhere that isn't budget friendly or you're a person that likes to wipe their butt with money or maybe just want to give up your first newborn to fix your car while being treated rudely you've found the right place. If you're someone with your head on straight or someone who wants to be treated like a human being I would take your automotive else where. They'll probably reply to this saying my statement isn't true but listen to me. If you have to take your car here make it your last place you do. This is based solely on how I they seem to treat people. I will never return to this place of business and these are the people that give automotive repair shops a bad name.
