I have done business with this location for 4 years now.  Same management and mostly same mechanics since the beginning, if that tells you anything. Though I do almost all of my own work, I  have them do my tire and suspension work and they've been great.  Their lifetime balance and alignments are well worth it and they've never hassled me about unnecessary services. When my Firestone tires wore out sooner than the warranty claimed, they made it right. When I'm in there listening to talk to other customers, I've never heard them recommend unnecessary services or repairs.

Just moved here from Chicago and needed new brakes for my 2014 Toyota.  Someone recommennded coming here. Typically, I would have just went to Toyota but decided due to their brake sale I would give it a try. I ended up adding an oil and filter change because their prices were so low! LEN took care of me and was very helpful. I didn't feel any pressure to add any of these features. He was very integrable and made sure I left satisfied. I will be coming back for all my car services as will highly recommending them! Thanks for the blessing Len 😉

I gave them my car for a routine tire balance and rotation and first they told me it would be a 4 to 5 hour wait. That was fine, I just left it and came back the next day. When I came back, though, they informed me that they hadn't even rotated or balanced my tires because the back tires were worn down unevenly and they told me I should just go ahead and buy a whole new set of tires because it would do more harm than good to rotate them. The guy even had the nerve to follow me out to my car and try to show me where the uneven wear was in an attempt to get me to buy something. Besides that, they also gave me a list of other problems like my air filter needed replacing for $30 (!), etc. I got a second opinion and looked myself and had my boyfriend and father look as well, and everyone agrees, 1). My air filter is squeaky clean. 2). The tire wear is completely even. Express Oil on Madison Blvd. rotated and balanced my tires without a problem in 30 mins for way less than Firestone quoted initially. I would take my business elsewhere if you are considering this location.

Haven't found a better price Oil Change. Great service and trust the advice given. I have had several different things done at this Location including tires and the staff went out of there way to find the difficult size for our Mazda 6.

This location has a staff that is amazingly friendly and helpful.  I had an appointment today but I failed to tell them everything I wanted/needed done.  They were very nice to accommodate me with my list and letting me know it would take some extra time.  I let them know waiting is not a problem.  I would recommend this location to my family and friends.
