I love this store and my favorite salesperson Chedia!! She is lovely and so helpful! Ask for her when you go in and you will never want to leave!

My boyfriend got me two pairs this Christmas. One of the pairs was a bit too small for me. The exchange process was so easy. They are a busy store, especially during the Holidays but overall GREAT experience.

A Blast.  Brian and the rest of the staff were warm and wonderful, and knew the stock inside and out.  Among the best customer service I've seen in the US, they treated customers like friends, regardless of race, color, class, or actual intention to buy at that moment.

Workers were very friendly with me, They gave me specific details on how to acquire their hard to get shoes that sell out very quickly such as the Louis Pik Pik, and I picked up my first pair of Louis Pik Piks without a problem today! Absolutely love the shoes and I haven't stopped receiving compliments on them!
